At Fat Bob's Garage, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our warehouse address, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our garage team inspects the returned parts for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
